Cody Hanes
Owner & Lead Foreman
Cody started True Precision Concrete after over a decade working concrete jobs across central Missouri. He runs every project personally, sets the standards, and doesn't hand off a job until it's done right. If you call the number on the site, you're talking to him.
Wyatt Ferris
Foreman
Wyatt has been pouring concrete for going on 15 years. He manages day-to-day site operations, keeps the crew on schedule, and has an eye for the kind of small details that make a finished job look right. He's the first one on-site and the last to leave.
Travis Doyle
Concrete Finisher
Travis lives and breathes flatwork. He's pulled broom finish and trowel finish on everything from garage slabs to pool decks, and he takes the finishing pass seriously. A bad finish is the first thing people notice. He makes sure that's not an issue.
Hunter Blaine
Form Carpenter
Hunter builds the forms and sets the grades that everything else depends on. Walls, footings, seawall panels, curved edgework, he's built them all. Gets it level the first time so we don't spend the rest of the job chasing a mistake.
Jesse Colter
Equipment Operator
Jesse runs the equipment, which at the Lake means working on everything from tight lakefront lots to wide-open commercial slabs. Bobcat, mini-ex, concrete pumps, he keeps the site moving so the crew can stay on task and out of each other's way.

We show up on time
Construction schedules run on trust. When we say we're starting Monday, we're there Monday. Your project doesn't sit for two weeks waiting on us.

Most concrete failures start with what you can't see. We do the sub-base right, we compact properly, and we don't skip steps because they're inconvenient.
