What we build

Our Services

Concrete work for Lake of the Ozarks homeowners and businesses. Every service backed by a crew that takes the prep work seriously.

Foundations

A foundation failure isn't a repair job. It's a tear-down-and-start-over job. That's why we spend the time on the prep work that most crews rush through. Proper footings, correct depth for your soil type, rebar placement that actually meets code, and a pour schedule that gives the concrete time to cure before we put any load on it. Residential or commercial, new construction or addition, we set the foundation right from the start.

Flatwork

Driveways, garage floors, sidewalks, patios, pool decks, and parking areas. Flatwork looks simple from the outside, but the difference between concrete that holds up for 30 years and concrete that cracks in three is entirely in the base preparation, joint placement, and finishing technique. We compact the sub-base, set the grade for proper drainage, and use control joints to let the slab move without cracking in the wrong places.

Retaining Walls

Lake properties are full of steep grades, and sooner or later that grade needs to be managed. A good retaining wall handles the load, drains properly, and looks like it belongs there. We design walls for the site conditions, not just the square footage, and we build in drainage so hydrostatic pressure doesn't push the wall out two winters later. Poured concrete, block, or a combination depending on what the job calls for.

Seawalls

Lake of the Ozarks seawall work is a specific skill set. Wave action, seasonal water level changes, and Corps of Engineers requirements all factor into how a seawall is built. We've poured seawalls all over the lake and we know what holds up over time. Properly formed, reinforced, and placed to resist the forces a lake property puts on it year after year.

  • Seawall extensions
  • Boat ramp aprons

Pool Work

Pool concrete done right means coordinating with your pool contractor so everything is sequenced correctly. We handle the deck, the coping detail, the footings if needed, and any flatwork that connects to the pool area. Texture, drainage slope, and expansion joints around the pool shell all get attention. We've worked alongside enough pool crews to know what they need from us and when.

  • Pool equipment pad footings
  • Surrounding patios

Decks

Concrete decks outlast wood, don't require staining every couple years, and hold up to lake weather without rotting underneath. Covered or uncovered, we build decks that stay level, drain correctly, and look good against the house. Decorative options are available if you want texture or a border pattern, or we keep it clean and simple. Whatever fits the property.

  • Covered and open decks
  • Decorative texture and patterns
  • Attached and freestanding
  • Steps and landings
  • Railings-ready surface prep

Footings

Additions, garages, outbuildings, and pergolas all need footings done correctly or you're building on a problem. We dig to the right depth for the freeze line, size the footing for the load, and set anchor bolts or rebar dowels for whatever comes on top. Simple work when it's done right. Expensive to fix when it's not.

  • Strip footings
  • Garage and shop footings
